Measurements are in centimetres and taken flat, garment measurements rather than body measurements. If you are between sizes, size up on knitwear and outerwear and stay true on shirting.

Footwear runs true to standard UK sizing. If your usual size sits between two, take the larger — our lasts are cut narrow through the midfoot.

Every order gets a confirmation with an order number, and a status you can follow from placed through to delivered in your account.

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked the same day. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay, and the total never changes after that screen. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.

Thirty days from delivery, unworn and with tags attached. Start a return by emailing returns@auvret.com with your order number.

Only verified buyers can review. If you have bought a piece and are signed in, the review form appears on its page. If you have not, it does not — which is also why some pieces show no reviews at all.
