Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you complete checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order — because a piece has sold out between your order and our picking it, for example — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any sales tax where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment when the order is placed.

We check prices before accepting an order. If a piece has been listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.

Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received payment in full. Full detail is on the shipping and returns page.

You may return most pieces within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached, for a refund to the original payment method. Face coverings and socks are excluded for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Reviews may only be written by verified buyers. We may remove a review that is abusive, unlawful, or not about the product. By posting one you grant us the right to display it alongside the product.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auvret is established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
