What we collect

- Your name and email address, when you create an account
- Order details
- What you bought, your delivery address and the payment status
- Card details
- Never stored by us — they go directly to the payment provider
- Your bag
- Kept in your browser on this device, not on our servers
- Your wishlist
- Also kept in your browser on this device only
- Reviews
- Your display name and what you wrote, shown publicly on the product
Why we hold it
To take and deliver your order, to let you see your order history, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the parties below, who need it to do their part.
Who else sees it
- Payment providers
- Stripe, Square and Clover — to take payment
- Delivery carriers
- Your name and address, to deliver the parcel
- Hosting
- Our infrastructure providers, who store the data on our behalf
How long we keep it
- Order records
- Seven years, for tax and accounting
- Account details
- Until you ask us to delete the account
- Reviews
- Until you ask us to remove them
- Bag and wishlist
- Only on your device, until you clear your browser
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@auvret.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account does not remove order records we are legally required to keep.
